Tom Scott Snyder began his career at 18 in real estate, quickly becoming a top salesman at Coldwell Banker. His success continued in Japan, where he acquired commercial properties, completing transactions weekly. This deep understanding of property development became the foundation for his philanthropic endeavors.

Returning to the US in 1997, Tom shifted his focus to building homes for those in crisis. Friends facing divorce, individuals with health challenges, and elderly residents found rent-free housing, demonstrating his commitment to immediate, practical help over bureaucracy.
